Immune/Gut health
- Eat a wide range of plant-based foods
- Eat more fibre
- Avoid highly processed foods - any ingredients you don't recognise or can't pronounce - AVOID!
- Probiotic foods, such as live yoghurt, fermented foods ie kombucha, sauerkraut, miso will encourage more microbes in your gut to grow.
- Eat less sugar and sweeteners
- Reduce stress - breathe from the diaphragm
- Exercise regularly - 30 minutes five days a week
- Get enough sleep (in bed by 10 pm with lights out)
Antiviral foods to boost immunity:
